- 256-bitAES-GCM encryption on clinical records
- 3 reportsConsultation, treatment and follow-up in one thread
- Per clinicData isolation between practices
Overview
Endodontists live in a referral world. A general dentist sends a patient, the specialist diagnoses and treats, and a report has to find its way back. Envera keeps that whole story in one place.
Challenge
Before Envera, a single case was spread across paper forms, phone notes and a handful of tools. Staff retyped the same details, referring offices kept calling to ask where their patient stood, and nobody could see the whole practice at a glance. All of it with patient data that had to stay protected.
Solution
We built one clinical record for the whole case. A public referral form feeds a triage inbox, and each case moves through a pipeline the entire team can see. Doctors chart findings tooth by tooth in a simple or an advanced mode. Finished reports are rendered on the clinic’s own letterhead and delivered to the referring dentist, who also gets a read-only portal. Every sensitive action is logged.
